This page tells you information about our delivery policy, and our delivery commitment to you.
Please read this page to understand how we will deliver any order that you place with us.
We will not compromise the safety of our staff or our customers during the Coronavirus pandemic and so will take every precaution we can to reduce the risk of infection, and will follow all government guidelines relating to how we make any deliveries.
We will deliver orders over the value of £20 free of charge to the following postcode areas:
NG1, NG2, NG3, NG4, NG5, NG6, NG7, NG8, NG9, NG10, NG11, NG12.
If you are just outside these areas or close to us, please contact us and we will do our best to deliver to you.
We deliver to these areas on a weekly basis and will do our absolute best to deliver all orders in the same week that they are placed. If you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we will most likely have to deliver your order the next week.
We will deliver to mainland UK (excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands) for a flat rate fee of £7.95. We can currently deliver 5L Mini-Kegs & full cases of bottles/cans. We will deliver up to 2 cases or kegs for this flat rate fee.
We will dispatch nationwide deliveries every Thursday for delivery the next day. We will try to dispatch all orders received before noon on a Thursday, but cannot guarantee this. Please place your orders as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
We cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in our delivery policy, but we are committed to giving you the best delivery experience that we can. We will give our best endeavours in delivery, and if we get it wrong, we will do everything we can to put it right.
If we cannot deliver an order for any reason, we will contact you as soon as we can to resolve the problem.
